Send personal-data requests to info@fortmes.com. Describe the right you wish to exercise and the relevant account or contract, but do not send passwords, full identity-document copies or unnecessary sensitive information. We may request proportionate verification where needed. We generally respond within one month and may extend that period only under the GDPR conditions, with timely notice. Other parties' rights and lawful retention obligations may mean that shared records cannot always be erased immediately or in full.
